The seven-time All-Star point guard has asked to be traded from the team that picked him sixth overall in the 2012 NBA Draft.
Over the next four years, Lillard is owed $216,2 million, including $63.2 million in the 2026-27 season.
Goodwill says that the only teams on his list are the Miami Heat and the Brooklyn Nets.
The Philadelphia 76ers are not high on his list. Shams Charania of The Athletic said that the Blazers "have been told" that Lillard's wish to be traded to the Heat will happen.
On Friday, it was said that the Blazers and forward Jerami Grant had reached a five-year, $160 million deal.
